Scottish Eggs

Ingredients:
6 hard-boiled eggs-cooled and peeled
1# sausage
seasoned breadcrumbs
oil

Directions:
Form sausage meat around each egg.
Roll in breadcrumbs pressing the crumbs into the meat.
Cook in hot oil until evenly browned.
Cool and slice.
