Ingredients:
1-8 oz cream cheese
1 ½ c grated sharp cheddar cheese
1T vinegar
dash Tabasco
1 jar Old English cheese spread
Directions:
Have all ingredients at room temperature and mix with rotary mixer. Shape into ball or pack into mold. Roll in chopped pecans if desired. Serve with favorite crackers. (I usually triple this and it is best if it cures for 24 hours.)
