Ingredients:
2 c cornmeal
3 c flour
½ t salt
1 c melted margarine
1T baking powder
¾-1 c sugar (1 c is pretty sweet—if serving with honey cut sugar to ½ c)
4 eggs
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients and alternate into margarine with 3 c milk.
Greased 9x 13 pan at 350º until browned and toothpick comes clean from center of pan.
