Ingredients:
Sift together:
1 ¾ c flour
1 t soda
½ t salt
Cream together:
½ c margarine
½ c peanut butter
½ c sugar
½ c peanut butter
Add:
1 egg
1 t vanilla
Directions:
Roll dough into balls and roll in sugar. Place on greased sheet. Bake at 350º for 6-8 minutes. Take out and press 1 unwrapped chocolate kiss in the center of each cookie. Bake 2-3 minutes. This recipe only makes about 3 doz cookies so I usually double the recipe.
