Ingredients:
I use this recipe for cheesecake crust sometimes and it is good to make in a pizza pan for fruit pizza. It makes great roll out cookies that taste richer than plain sugar cookies.
2/3 c shortening
2/3 c margarine
1 c sugar
1 c brown sugar
2 eggs
2 t vanilla
3 ¼ c flour
1 t bkg soda
1 t salt
Directions:
Mix, roll , cut, bake on greased sheet at 350º. Can pat into pie plate or onto cookie sheet to about ¼ inch thickness. When starting to brown around the edges cookies are done.
