Ingredients:
1 cake mix
2 eggs
½ c flour
2/3 c shortening
1 t vanilla
1 c chips, nuts, or drained chopped cherries, raisins, etc.
Directions:
Mix together. Greased sheet for 8-10 minutes at 350º. Should be still be very soft. Cool on sheet for 2 minutes before trying to lift from pan.
This is the recipe I use for chocolate chocolate chip cookies. Use devil’s food cake mix.
